Dear Customers,

As we enter 2022, we are forced to adjust the pricing on some of our products and services. We have always prided ourselves on delivering great value, low prices and no nasty hidden gotchas. And it is with some sadness we are forced to increase pricing for some plan types as our own cost basis has significantly increased. In summary, the following pricing will change.

  • -  Web Hosting / Shared Hosting will increase by £1 across all plans;
  • -  Reseller Hosting will increase dependent on plan. 'Reseller 10' will increase by £1 a month, 'Reseller 30' by £2, 'Reseller 60' by £3 and 'Reseller 100' by £4;
  • -  cPanel Pricing will change for both VPS and Dedicated Servers:

  • Metal Solo - £9 --> £11
  • Metal Premier (up to 100 accounts) - £28 --> £32
  • Metal Bulk Accounts (per account above 100) - £0.15 --> £0.21
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  • Cloud Solo (1 account) - £6 --> £8
  • Cloud Admin (up to 5 accounts) - £12 --> £15
  • Cloud Pro (up to 30 accounts) - £16 --> £19
  • Cloud Plus (up to 50 accounts) - £22 --> £25
  • Cloud Premier (up to 100 accounts) - £28 --> £32
  • Cloud Bulk Accounts (per account above 100) - £0.15 --> £0.21

Why are we doing this?
     Unfortunately our own costs have increased significantly in the last year. cPanel is increasing the price of their software, again, and as such we have to adjust the pricing of this.

     We also face significantly higher power costs. Many of you will have seen in the news about the increase in utility costs in the UK and we are not immune to this. Our datacentres see increased power cost (up to 40% in some cases) and as such, it hits us too.

     And lastly, the global semiconductor shortage also impacts us. Our buy price of server and network hardware has risen significantly since the start of the Covid-19 outbreak.Wherever possible, we absorb any cost increases and do not pass it onto our customers. Unfortunately, with the triple-whammy of cost increases we are forced to ever-so-slightly increase our prices.Please do get in touch if you’d like to discuss any of this and we will endeavour to help.

Regards,
Team Jolt
